By checking the box and/or digitally signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) between Acquire Advisory Pty Ltd t/a Acquire One AI (“Acquire One AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the client (“User”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Acquire One AI software platform, systems, and related coaching, support, and marketing services (“Services”).

1. Service Overview

Acquire One AI provides a done-with-you lead generation and automation system including software access, onboarding, and advisory support. All guidance is advisory only and results depend on execution and external factors.

2. Subscription Term

This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis with no fixed minimum commitment. Billing commences from the service start date and renews monthly unless cancelled.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file. Any setup or onboarding fee is payable upfront. All payments are final once processed.

4. Overdue Accounts

Accounts unpaid for more than 45 days may be suspended or referred for collection. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate account termination.

5. Communication Credits

Each subscription includes a $30 monthly communication credit for SMS, calls, and email usage. Excess usage triggers an automatic $10 top-up. Unused credits roll over.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time with 7 business days’ written notice before your next billing date. Notice must be sent to:

7. Intellectual Property & Access

All systems, templates, workflows, and materials remain the property of Acquire One AI. One user per account unless otherwise approved.

8. Platform Dependencies

Acquire One AI is not responsible for downtime or changes caused by third-party providers.

9. Results Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding performance or outcomes.

10. Acceptance

By accepting these Terms, you authorise recurring billing and agree to be bound by this agreement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse or unauthorised sharing

Termination does not remove any outstanding payment obligations.
