Acquire One is committed to transparency. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Acquire One are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Subscription fees
Setup or onboarding fees
Usage-based charges
Communication credits

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Acquire One provides immediate access to software systems, CRM configurations, automation frameworks, and advisory resources upon purchase. These resources are allocated immediately, making refunds impractical.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing only.

No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or unused credits. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting official support may result in:

Immediate account suspension
Termination of access
Permanent restriction from future services

All billing concerns must be raised through the official Acquire One support system.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Acquire One in rare and exceptional cases.

Any approved refund:

Is not guaranteed
May be partial
Does not apply to setup fees or completed work

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase and ensuring the service fits your business needs. Lack of usage does not qualify for a refund.

7. Policy Updates

Acquire One reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
